Google Admin

Google Admin (Google Workspace Admin Console) is the central management hub for Google Workspace environments, providing administrators with controls over user accounts, device management, security settings, and organizational policies. It serves as the identity and device authority for organizations running on Google Workspace.

The Admin Console provides a complete directory of users and their organizational units, along with device inventory for managed Chrome OS devices, mobile devices, and endpoints enrolled in Google endpoint management. Administrators can enforce security policies, manage application access, and monitor user activity.

For remediation workflows, Google Admin provides valuable user and device context — including user-to-device mapping, organizational hierarchy, and managed device status — enabling teams to identify who owns an asset and route remediation tasks accordingly.
